PROPOSED COVENANTS & OBLIGATIONS
1. The free northern boundary will be pegged by the sellers and there is no obligation on either party to fence this boundary.
2. The buyer will provide access and services to the northern boundary of the site as part of the purchase.
3. A surface water drainage strategy will be required. The sellers will make available the topographical survey which indicates the land falls to the north. The sellers own the balance of the field to the north and will grant rights for attenuation purposes over this parcel.
