PLANNING
The land adjoins that which has been designated as a key strategic site identified in Mid Suffolks Core Strategy focused review of 2012 and the Eye Airfield development framework of 2013. The subject land was outside of but adjoining the development boundary.

It is recognized that the buyer will wish to secure planning permission for their development prior to completion of the purchase and it is envisaged a conditional contract would be granted in the first instance for this purpose.

SERVICES
None connected on site as the subject property is arable land. Significant electricity, water and gas supplies are brought to the Airfield through the developments already completed and now to be completed referred to above. However all these supplies were for specific developments and there is no guarantee there is any spare capacity. It is for the buyer to satisfy themselves on the services front and make their own enquiries to the relevant statutory undertaker.
