LOCATION
Behind Jerusalem Chapel in Burry Port there is a derelict farmhouse known as Pant Achddu. It has its origins in Tudor times and is built in the longhouse style. The Historic Environment Record describes it as 'a farmhouse apparently on the longhouse model, believed to be of 17th century date. Pant Achddu was built on land released by the Mansel family from the Muddlescwm Estate in 1604 and a farmhouse in the longhouse style was built on the site.

Further historical information about the site is available here:

Burry Port is a small harbour town on the outskirts of Llanelli that offers all local amenities and good transport links. Burry Port is well-known because Amelia Earhart landed as the first woman to fly across the Atlantic Ocean. The Pembrey Burrows dune and wetland system, home to a country park and the Cefn Sidan sands lie nearby. The harbour has recently been redeveloped and offers a view of the stunning Gower Coastline opposite.
