All persons wishing to bid must complete a Registration form and produce a passport or driving licence or any other acceptable identification which contains a photograph and a recent utility bill and hand this to the auctioneer staff in the auction room. The form can be received before the date of the auction.

Finance:
Anyone wishing to bid must have enough money "in the bank" or a finance facility fully approved (not subject to valuation). We reserve the right to ask for proof of this.
