Aaron Ayshford

Born and bred in Preston, Paignton, I have a strong connection to the local area and a genuine passion for the community I call home.

Having grown up locally, I have developed a great appreciation for the area and the lifestyle it offers, which helps me understand what makes it such a desirable place to live.

I enjoy helping people find their ideal home and take pride in providing a friendly, approachable and personal service, whether they are buying, selling or simply looking for advice.

With several years’ experience in estate agency, I have gained a broad understanding of the industry through working in a family-run business and taking on a variety of roles. I hold Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in the Sale of Residential Property and was proud to be awarded Propertymark Apprentice of the Year 2023, having been shortlisted from over 400 students across the UK. This achievement reflects my commitment to the profession and my enthusiasm for continuing to develop my knowledge and skills.

Outside of work, I enjoy keeping active and trying new things, with hobbies including table tennis, padel and riding my motorbike. I bring the same enthusiasm and dedication to my work as I do to my interests, always striving to deliver the best possible experience for my clients.
