Paul Ranger

Paul has a wealth of knowledge and experience having started his career in 1988 working for a large corporate company in East Devon and gained invaluable experience marketing a wide variety of town and country property in Newton Abbot, Chudleigh and Exeter. He was approached by an international firm of commercial agents where he specialised in selling businesses in the hospitality sector before setting up his own estate agency in Dawlish with his business partner, which he ran very successfully for 14 years. Having sold the business Paul worked for a well respected firm in Exmouth before returning to Dawlish with Fraser & Wheeler in 2021. He has lived locally for 30 years and likes to spend his spare time with his family and trying to keep fit by running and playing football.
