Andrew was brought up in Northamptonshire starting in agency at the age of 17. He is a founding partner at Henshaws from when the doors first opened in 1987.
Andrew is both a father of two boys and grandfather also of two boys (and counting) and lives in West Sussex close to the South Downs.
Cycling, sailing and fair weather golf are Andrews main hobbies, together with long walks along the South Downs, and following West Ham United.
