Emily brings her background in a former Estate Agency and a degree in Journalism, Media, and Culture from Cardiff University. Each day, she manages leads, registers applicants, books viewings, and keeps everyone's diaries organised, all while delivering a tailored service that meets each customer's needs. She loves being around the team, working closely with our Negotiators to gather feedback and coordinate schedules for a seamless experience for everyone.

A Cardiff local and lifelong Manchester United fan, Emily enjoys playing football in Fairwater and spending time with her two beloved dogs, a French Bulldog and a Dachshund.
