Christian Clarke

Christian leads the overall direction and day-to-day running of the business. He oversees the management, marketing, and continued development of the company, ensuring the high standards of professionalism and service that the firm prides itself on are delivered across every aspect of the business. Christian began his career in estate agency in 2007 after leaving Boston Grammar School, initially joining a respected local independent agent before moving to one of the UK’s leading corporate estate agencies. During this time, he established himself as a top-performing sales negotiator, achieving outstanding results not only in Boston but across the wider East Midlands region. He joined Sharman Burgess in early 2013 and became Director in 2016. With nearly two decades of experience in the property industry, Christian is an accomplished residential valuer and holds the ARLA Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management. Alongside leading the residential sales business, Christian is a fully qualified mortgage and protection adviser and the owner of the local mortgage advisory firm, Yellow Mortgages. This enables him and the wider team to support both buyers and sellers in achieving their property goals, ensuring clients receive personalised guidance and clear, professional advice throughout every stage of the process.
