Sarah Swales

Sarah joined ADM Residential  Estate  Agents in 2017 after approaching Alethea, the company director, asking for the opportunity of an apprenticeship. Sarah initially started with the company as a ‘Saturday girl’ helping with the administration tasks and calls. Having excelled further within the company over the past 5 years having one to one training and support, Sarah commented that “After working with Alethea closely, she has really helped my confidence and given me an eye-opening insight into the world of the Estate Agency Industry with start to finish progression for both sales and lettings. The whole experience so far has really boosted my already keen interest in the property market.”

A little bit about Sarah: “I always enjoyed reading from a very early age and I believe reading so much has helped my vocabulary and how I come across to clients massively, in this business your grammar and how you speak to people is very important. Being born and bred in Huddersfield myself, I have a very intimate knowledge of the local area which has proven very valuable when talking to our customers here at ADM. Providing a high level of customer service is key and continuing to build a relationship with your clients on a daily basis is the definition of job satisfaction for me.” Sarah is a very family orientated person and enjoys spending time with them whether it be for a special occasion, or a casual family get together. Sarah commented, “I believe family is the most important thing and being able to be a part of someone’s journey of moving into their new home or rental property which helps them to build on family space for themselves is really rewarding.” Sarah completed her two years of training within the Sales and Lettings of ADM Residential and continues to build her successful career within the ADM Residential Estate agency.
