Kevin Skipworth BSc MRICS

Kevin has worked in the commercial and residential sectors for 40 years. Originally from Lincolnshire, he has spent nearly 30 years working in Leicester having previously been a partner at another local surveying firm. Kevin is a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He joined Andrew Granger & Co in late 2012 as the Head of Commercial Property. He is responsible for all commercial agency; valuation work for lending purposes, asset management, probate, tax and matrimonial matters, and landlord and tenant issues including rent reviews and lease renewals. He also carries out Business Rate appeals.

Kevin is a keen sports fan and enjoys watching cricket, football and rugby including a long and sometimes painful allegiance to Grimsby Town FC.  He is a keen cook and an appreciator of good wine and real ale.
