Professional Experience

 

Rupert was with Andrew Granger & Co. at our formation in 1989 and heads up the firm’s Rural Department as well as being Join Managing Director.

 

Rupert’s work covers rural, commercial and planning/development and includes Estate Management, Valuation, Landlord & Tenant and general professional work.

 

His client base includes charities, institutional and private clients, farmers and family trusts.

 

Professional Qualifications

 

·         Diploma in surveying (college of Estate Management)

·         Diploma in Commercial Property Agency (NFOPP)

·         Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors

·         Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers

·         RICS Registered Valuer

 

Interests

 

Rupert chairs the East Leicestershire Leader Local Action Group (a European Funding Programme to support rural development) and is a Board member of the Leicestershire Rural Partnership.

 

Outside of work Rupert is Church Warden at his Parish Church and enjoys getting out into the countryside.
