Simon Johnson

Simon joined our Loughborough residential sales team in March 2023. Having started in the property industry in 1987, he has experienced all types of market conditions, having tackled booms and busts over the years. Simon has worked in various locations throughout Leicestershire and Rutland, dealing with city, town and rural homes. For 22 years he ran the residential sales department of a well-known independent agent in Melton Mowbray, reaching Partner level. After a short break in the construction industry he has returned to property sales, which he missed, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Simon lives in a village near Melton Mowbray with his wife and two Border Terriers and has two grown up daughters. As a self-confessed ‘Petrol Head’ he can often be found in (or under) his Lotus sports car. He loves wildlife and walking, as well as renovating properties if time allows.
