Gary Hersham, who founded the company some thirty years ago, and Penelope Court, who joined a short while later, have achieved a level of understanding of their international and home based clients, both residential and commercial, offering a friendly and professional service with discretion assured.
The Beauchamp Estates team is highly motivated and driven. Most of the key languages are spoken fluently, including: French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, German, Hebrew and Arabic. Most of the team are graduates and all negotiators are members of the National Association of Estate Agents.
Beauchamp Estates' client list reads like a Who's Who of the world's richest and most influential people, from Middle Eastern oil billionaires and Russian oligarchs to American entrepreneurs, British businessmen, European bankers and brokers and most of the Royal families in the world. About twenty per cent of the firm's clients are from the UK and many of them have been clients for more than 20 years.
Beauchamp Estates are highly experienced at acquiring un-modernised blocks of apartments and sites, and large houses for refurbishment.
They have acted on behalf of many successful developers including UK Public Limited Companies. They have also sold countless magnificent houses and apartments to Royalty, Ambassadors and the rich and famous from all corners of the world!
