I have worked within the property market for approaching 5 years, initially as a junior, and more recently progressing into a Senior Negotiator position at Beresfords Residential LTD. Specifically, my role focuses on the sale of Residential property to a vast array of purchasers from First Time Buyers, to multi property investors. I have experience valuing property in a fast moving and evolving market, selling and handling a diverse portfolio of property.
