Marcus joined in February 2021 as Bothams celebrates being established for 150 years, and has taken over responsibility for the Residential Sales Department, as well as Professional Valuation and Survey work, and is committed to achieving the best for his clients.
Marcus has lived and worked in the local area all of his life, and has extensive and in-depth knowledge of the local property market greatly enhanced by the completion of a Masters Degree in Real Estate.
Having been involved with property auctions since 2010 he became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2015. Marcus has been providing professional advice to financial institutions, property companies, public authorities, private investors and a huge variety of other clients in the North Derbyshire and South Yorkshire area.
Away from the office Marcus can be found tending to his various livestock enterprises or driving his vintage 'Fergie'.
