Richard joined the Bothams team in November 2021 to oversee Bothams’ Residential Sales department and to assist with the 150th anniversary rebrand. With almost 20 years’ experience within the property industry, covering residential sales, lettings and property auctions, he is always on hand to provide clients with the best advice whether you are looking to sell or rent your property. His friendly and approachable manner has helped him build many relationships with landlords, home owners and property developers. In his spare time Richard is keen golfer and a proud member of Hallowes golf club in Dronfield.
