Lisa Findel-Hawkins

I began my estate agency career when I left College at the age of eighteen. I started as a Junior Negotiator with a local independent family firm and then progressed to another slightly larger family firm two years later. Two years after that, I joined the Lester Smith Partnership which became Bristol & West Property Services, under the guidance of Brian Bradley. In 1992, Brian decided to open Bradleys Estate Agents and I was lucky enough to be offered a position in this new business.

I have worked in the Exmouth Office since we opened and I was delighted to be offered the position of Manager in 2015. Although I think I have learnt everything there is to learn about Estate Agency, the challenges I face on a daily basis certainly keep me on my toes!

I live in Exmouth. I am married to Simon and together we have three wonderful children. I have a keen interest in all sports. I play netball for a local team and I am an active member of the Tri-Hards, which is a group of ladies aiming to get fit by taking part in all sports but particularly running, cycling and swimming. As a family we enjoy camping, body boarding and BBQs and I have a very busy social life with friends and colleagues.
