Nicola Davies

I have worked as a Listing Negotiator for Bradleys since 2025, after starting my career as an estate agent in 2015. After working abroad for several years in the industry also, I have gained from many different experiences, both professionally and personally, which has allowed me to develop my career with confidence. Bradleys pride themselves on their customer service, so they were a perfect fit for me when searching for an agency that had the same ethos as myself. Having worked in the hospitality industry in my earlier working life, I learnt that working as a team is essential in any business, and the Bradleys team was a breath of fresh air for me, with everyone in the company working together to achieve successes for our customers and clients. Outside of work I enjoy supporting local musicians at live music events, and keeping on top of my allotment, which can be a challenge, but very relaxing and rewarding at the same time!
