Steven Ridgway

I started my estate agency career in 1991 with a recognised and respected independent Devon and Somerset based agent and having quickly moved through the ranks I became Senior Negotiator in 1995 for a highly successful national agency before being awarded my first Managers role in 1998.

I also opened and ran my own very successful estate agency based in Mid Devon for 6 years before selling the business and becoming Farms and Rural Sales Manager covering Mid, West and North Devon for a prestigious independent local agency where I gained much knowledge and expertise within rural property sales. In more recent times I opened and ran the sales department for one of the biggest letting agencies in Mid Devon before joining Bradleys at the beginning of 2021.

I feel that my experience and expertise within all aspects of estate agency will help our fantastic team here in Crediton take the office from strength to strength and I am very much looking forward to developing and learning new skills with this modern, innovative and multi award winning agency.

Outside of work I enjoy the outdoor life and am not often seen without my Jack Russell terrier! I also enjoy equestrian sports and activities as well as game fishing on Devon’s rivers during the summer and autumn months.
