Charlie Bryant

Charlie, a graduate of Newcastle University and the Royal Agricultural College, began his career at Brown and Co in 1996 after a brief spell on the family farm in mid Lincolnshire.  Charlie became a Partner of the firm in 2009 and is based at the Lincoln Office.  He is a Professional Member of RICS, a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers and a Registered European Valuer. Charlie has extensive experience of practicing in the Lincolnshire and Cambridgeshire Fens and he undertakes a wide range of professional work specialising in farm agency, valuation and landlord and tenant matters.  He is Tenant Farmers Association recommended professional.  As an AMC Agent and Panel Valuer he has developed a significant practice arranging finance for farmers and landowners throughout Lincolnshire and surrounding counties.  He is an accomplished Auctioneer.
