Edward Plumb

From a Norfolk farming family, Edward graduated from Harper Adams University with a first class honours degree and joined Brown & Co in 2010. Edward undertakes a variety of professional work including farm and estate management, compulsory purchase, landlord and tenant advice, valuation, and specialises in rural planning.

Edward has completed the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (LETAPAEWE) and is able to prepare Expert Witness reports for valuation, boundary, and planning matters. Edward prepares GPS surveys and works closely with the Architectural and Planning Department adding value to rural estates through the re-use of rural buildings and on farm development. Edward is also a local AMC agent helping clients secure funding for on farm investment and diversification projects.
