Ian Walter

Ian Walter was Senior Partner in JHWalter and is now Consultant at Brown&CoJHWalter since 1st October 2021. A Rural Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer, Ian specialises in the purchase and sale of Land and Farms; Agricultural Landlord and Tenant including Rent Reviews, Land, Buildings, Plant and Machinery Auctions and the Valuation of Rural Property, Tenant right, Live and Dead Stock. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV), a Chartered Environmentalist and has an honours degree in Estate Management from the University of Reading.
