James joined Brown&Co in 2008 after graduating with a degree in Rural Enterprise & Land Management from Harper Adams.
The majority of James’ time is spent advising clients in Lincolnshire and Yorkshire. James’ area of expertise are purchase and sale, valuation, estate management, landlord and tenant, compulsory purchase, planning and general agricultural advice.
James is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
