Jonathan joined the Norwich office in 2007 after working in Hampshire for 6 years specialising in Estate Management and Valuation. Since joining Brown & Co Jonathan has undertaken a wide variety of professional work and his skill set covers most areas of professional practice. Jonathan has completed the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence (APAEWE) and is able to prepare Expert Witness reports for a variety of rural and agricultural matters.
Specialisms Jonathan has developed during his career to date are:
•Compulsory purchase & compensation and private negotiation in relation to Utilities (pipes, cables and wires), Roads and Renewables
•Telecommunications – lease negotiations and renewals
•Agency – focusing on acquisition
•Valuation – secured lending, capital taxation, dispute resolution, asset management/division
Jonathan is also a Partner in his family’s arable farming business in North Suffolk, attempting to put theory into practice.
