Kate joined Brown&Co in February 2021. Prior to this she worked as a managing agent for various institutional, corporate and public body clients.
Kate undertakes a wide range of professional work. Including landlord and tenant matters, estate management, compulsory purchase and compensation and the sale and letting of agricultural and rural property.
Kate is qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.
Kate grew up and lives on the family arable farm in Cambridgeshire.
