Lucy Bates

Lucy was brought up on a family farm in Bedfordshire. Lucy joined Brown&Co in September 2019 and is based in the St Neots office. Lucy graduated from Harper Adams University (September 2019) with a BSc degree achieving a First Class Honors studying Rural Enterprise and Land Management. Lucy became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and a RICS Registered Valuer in May 2021. Lucy became a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in November 2021. Lucy is involved with agency, valuations, compulsory purchase and compensation, property management, landlord and tenant matters as well as other professional work throughout Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire.
