Lydia Pravin

Lydia joined Brown & Co in July 2018 as an Associate where she is currently involved in preparing, submitting and managing planning applications ranging from specialist barn conversion projects to major housing schemes, and promoting land through the Local Plan Examination process. Prior to this she worked as a Senior Planner at South Cambridgeshire District Council which provided her with a broad range of experience in development management including, housing, commercial, retail, and conservation schemes and appearing as expert witness at planning inquiries, attending hearings and producing written representations. Lydia is a chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and has an MSc in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Birmingham.
