After graduating from Seale-Hayne Agricultural College and training in the West Country, Simon has worked in Norfolk since 2005 predominately on behalf of owner occupiers and tenants.
A Chartered Surveyor and Agricultural Valuer, Simon specialises in providing advice to rural businesses, farmers and landowners throughout Norfolk and Suffolk.
Simon has extensive experience in contract farming, diversification, rural grants, Basic Payment Scheme and CAP reform, in addition to provision of advice in respect of Landlord Tenant matters including rent reviews and succession.
Simon also specialises in providing appraisals on renewable energy projects, particularly Solar Photovoltaic and Anaerobic Digestion schemes both in respect of self install and negotiating with developers for leasehold arrangements.
As an auctioneer, Simon undertakes a significant number of dispersal and collective machinery auctions in the region.
