Tim Nicholson

Tim has a wealth of experience in residential, commercial and agricultural property in North Norfolk. He acts for a wide range of clients predominantly in the residential and agricultural sectors. Tim is a Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers and was President of the Norfolk Branch in 2002. Since 1993 he has also been honorary secretary of Holt & District Farmer's Club.

Tim is a RICS Registered Valuer accredited to provide formal valuations in accordance with the RICS Valuation Standards (Red Book). He also provides expert reports for clients and solicitors in relation to most property related disputes.
