Tom Dowling

Tom joined Camel Coastal & Country in 2018, becoming its principal Director in 2021, bringing a fresh perspective to the business following several years working in academia. Born and raised in Cornwall, Tom has deep roots in the county and an intimate understanding of the local area and its unique property market. Before returning home to Cornwall in 2018, Tom gained valuable experience living and working across diverse locations including Canada, London, and Sheffield. This international and national experience has given him a broad perspective on property markets and client expectations, which he now applies to serving customers across Cornwall's north and south coasts. Tom lives locally with his wife Lucie and their two children. When not helping clients find their perfect coastal or country property, he enjoys reading, music, and travel, and a good conversation.
