Richard has lived in North Devon for most of his life. Having built a successful insurance brokerage and financial services business, Richard started developing property and buying into Chequers was the natural progression. As Richard has bought and sold many properties over the years he understands the stresses and strains of the house sale process and through the Chequers team he aims to make the journey from valuation to completion as simple as possible.
