Lucy joined Jones Robinson in 2018 as a trainee lettings negotiator after earning a degree from the University of West London and gaining local sales experience. Rising quickly, she became Lettings Manager of our Didcot office and later returned to Newbury in the same role in 2021.
In 2025, Lucy was promoted to Area Lettings Manager, overseeing lettings across all six branches—a reflection of her hard work, dedication, and success in leading the Newbury and Didcot teams.
