I have worked in the local property market since 2002 and I believe that a large part of an estate agent’s job is marketing. I use drones to gain the best vantage points of your home and surroundings, and social media to hit a passive market and get many more views and ultimately viewings! I aim to produce wonderful brochures with professional photos and floorplans- this aimed then at an open house launch!

I love my job, I don’t feel like I am working and the spirit in my office is fun and professional, I tend to work late and get in early just so I have enough hours in the day.

I pride the fact I introduced 'Open Houses' to the UK back in 2004, which enabled buyers to actually have an opportunity to view properties and the sellers achieved the best prices. I also started using Matterport technology in 2017 before my competition- putting me always ahead of the curve in terms of the latest marketing techniques! Now Ai is having a huge impact on your marketing with editing on photography and descriptions!
