Charlotte joined the team in 2026, bringing over five years of experience in insurance broking, with a broad background across a variety of commercial insurance policies. Prior to working in insurance, Charlotte enjoyed a career in accounting, giving her a strong foundation in financial matters and attention to detail.
Charlotte’s role primarily focuses on commercial insurance, including property owners’ insurance. Her responsibilities include managing renewals and policy adjustments, preparing new business quotations, and assisting with claims.
Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family, as well as crocheting.
