Caitlin Steadman

Caitlin joined the Cruso & Wilkin team in 2023 after a period of working on a private and diversified rural estate. Caitlin gained an MSc Degree in Rural Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester and qualified as a professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2021. Caitlin carries out a range of professional, management and agency work and is currently working towards qualifying as a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV). Caitlin has lived in Norfolk all her life and is very familiar with the north and west parts of the County. Outside of the office, Caitlin enjoys everything country life has to offer usually with her two dogs, Kipper and Meg, in tow.
