Charlotte Turner Sears

Charlotte has joined us at the start of the year in 2026 as Property Manager, bringing a strong background in administration and financial management alongside hands-on experience in rural settings. A Norfolk native and farmer’s daughter, she has a practical, well organised and approachable way of working. Charlotte enjoys managing the day-to-day running of the portfolio, keeping everything in good order and delivering a high standard of service.
