James Watchorn

James grew up on a Rural Estate in Hertfordshire and then attended University of Plymouth – Seal Hayne where he gained a BSc (hons) degree in Rural Estate management. He then became a qualified Chartered Surveyor in 2007. James joined Cruso & Wilkin as a Partner in 2024. James has a wealth of expertise in areas such as Renewables, Strategic Development, Diversification, Landlord and Tenant, Agency, and Infrastructure. James is also registered Valuer. Throughout his career, James has successfully led numerous projects, providing strategic advice and management to enhance land use and value. He is dedicated to delivering high-quality services and innovative solutions to meet client needs. He has previously worked for a regional firm in Hertfordshire and Norfolk. In his spare time, James enjoys outdoor activities and spending quality time with his family and friends. He spends much of this time out on the water in North Norfolk or watching his two boys play sport around Norfolk.
