Nellie Taylor

Nell joined Cruso & Wilkin as a Partner of the firm in 2024. Nell obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Rural Land Management from the Royal Agricultural College and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV) in 2014. Nell is from a Hertfordshire farming background and previously worked for a regional surveying and planning firm and has dealt with a wide range of rural professional matters. She is an RICS Registered Valuer. Whilst a Rural Surveyor, Nell has expertise across the development sector and advises clients on the various options available to secure development both on a strategic larger scale as well as any shorter-term opportunities. Nell specialises in residential development agency and the negotiation of promotion and option agreements. Nell is an Examiner for the Eastern Region of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers and sits on both the CLA Business and Rural Economy Committee and Norfolk CLA Committee. In her spare time Nell enjoys running and cycling and beach walks with her cocker spaniel and slightly independent cairn terrier.
