About Us...

Andrew Denison started Denisons in 1997 by opening the Christchurch Office and was quick to expand and take advantage of the rising market by expanding the business into Bransgore acquiring a comptatible business in the village. In the later years the company opened the Tuckton Office expanding further into Hengistbury Head and Wick. The Lettings department which started at the Tuckton Office was moved to the busy town central Christchurch Office in 2008. Denisons handle a cross section of property in the area, incorporating first time buyer and investment property, retirement Bungalows, family homes and the prestigious Waterside homes in and around the town. Denisons pride themselves in the fact that they have sold the majority of resale Waterside homes in Christchurch and can offer valuable advice on a purchase of this type of property whether it is on the Harbour or Riverside.
