John Dennis

John is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of R.I.C.S. He has been working in the property sector for 50 years. He opened the estate agency here in Hedon in 1983, and has a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of both residential and commercial property. He has long been a trusted and respected figure in the local community, being both a long-time member of Hedon Town Council, and representing South West Holderness as a member of the East Riding Council. He has twice been the Mayor of Hedon, and in 2016 was appointed Chairman of the East Riding.
