Liz Pearce joined Denny & Salmond in 2021 after relocating to Malvern, having purchased her own home through the branch. As Property Manager, she oversees rental maintenance with efficiency, care and determination, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors. Known for her upbeat personality and proactive approach, Liz brings positivity to every interaction, both in and out of the office.
