My name is Helen and I've lived in Bristol all my life, I bought my first home in 2008 where I still live today, I share it with two lovely dogs and one spoilt cat. I worked in the NHS for 20+ years before joining the DW Smith team in 2025.
My favourite part of the job is helping first time buyers get on the property ladder. Purchasing your first home is such a big milestone in life and a huge achievement so I feel privileged to be part of the process.
