With 20 years’ experience in lettings and sales 17 with D W Smith and Co, Julie Ann is our Lettings Manager and has attained the Level 4 BTEC diploma (distinction) in residential letting and management, approved by the Guild of Letting and Management. Liaising with landlords and tenants alike Julie Ann often is the first point of contact, and can advise on the complex legislation integral to modern Lettings.
