Bill Bye

Bill joined the family business of Eric Lloyd & Co after graduating from Southampton University. He has now taken over the helm. He follows in the footsteps of his grandfather, who was one of the founding partners in 1955 and his father, Jonathan, who was a key player for over forty years. Bill is a professionally qualified estate agent being an Associate of the National Association of Estate Agents. He is responsible for every aspect of the business and enjoys working with the firm’s many clients and buyers. Outside of the office Bill has tackled several building projects and when he has time to spare is a determined competitor in off road 4x4 trials.
