Chris Howlett

Chris has been involved in the Ipswich lettings market for 25 years, being a member of ARLA (Property Mark) for nearly 20 years. He is fully up to date with all of the current regulations that Landlords have to adhere to and is very conscientious in ensuring all properties are compliant. Chris has always been very hands on with the properties under his management, and is happy to carry out any aspect of the lettings process. Being involved in playing semi-professional football for many years, he now watches his son play at a similar level for Brantham Athletic F.C.
