Melissa has been involved in property administration and management for the past 17 years, having worked for both corporate and independent agents. Melissa's main roles within the company involves the Landlord compliance, ensuring that the properties under our wing are always monitored to ensure that all smoke alarms and gas, electrical and EPC certification are up to date. Melissa and her partner enjoy their spare time stuck in midst of renovating their new home., and are certainly looking forward to getting it finished.
