Carly Richardson

Carly started at Greenwood and Company in early 2014 after deciding on a career change; previously working as a Senior Visual Merchandiser at a high end fashion store. Over the years at Greenwoods she has vastly expanded her knowledge and experience within the letting industry. Her core responsibilities consist of marketing properties, sourcing applicants, liaising with landlords and securing the ideal tenants based on the landlords requirements; seeing the letting process through from start to finish, from initial enquiry through to the commencement of the tenancy. Carly also oversees the day to day running of the office to ensure the smooth running of the company. Outside of the office Carly enjoys socialising, eating out and ‘Hinching’ her home.
