Steve Nicolaides

Steve Nicolaides joined a national firm of Estate Agents as a negotiator in 1981 and after a successful 11 year spell, had risen to area manager responsible for two local branches. In 1991, tired of the impersonal corporate environment, Steve decided to go it alone and was the founding partner of Greenwood and Company. Steve's passion was to offer clients a professional service with sound no nonsense advice and to always put the client first. This philosophy has generated a large number of business opportunities, which has led Greenwoods into a diverse and varied sector of the property market, together with the more mainstream property, lettings and management. In his spare time, Steve enjoys motorcycling (current bike Triumph 1050 Tiger Sport), walking, gardening, and Ballroom and Latin dancing. Steve is married with two daughters (all working at Greenwoods) and has lovely granddaughters and grandsons, who also keep him fully occupied in any spare time.
