Top tip to a client: I honestly believe there is a massive difference between the corporate estate agency machine and the truly independent agent, as we are. We are not backed by massive insurance backed funding – we have to sell houses, not mortgages or switching electricity providers. Selling houses is our business and we do it well. Each member of staff is paid through the OFFICE bankings – not individual targets that create a hostile environment in which to work. We create a true team in the office where they will all do what they can to help YOU. It is this team that you should place your trust in – that way you get the best possible price and the best possible care. I am truly proud of Greys in every way – it has not been easy through the years in turbulent economic times – but every time it is the community that has helped us – and we know that.
